I've had some problems with myself when I was younger, but a couple of years ago I started to feel better about myself. I started doing certain things that would make me feel better. I've learned how to relax and how to get over stuff. I’ve forgiven myself for everything I’ve ever done wrong. I’ve made new friends and found myself in a new circle of people and that helped me change who I was back then. You can find out about it on my blog. I wrote some simple things here that will help you be happy with yourself.

     

     To be happy with who you are you have to reach a certain state of inner peace. You have to know that you are wonderful and you shouldn't let others bring you down. It's not that hard...

     First you have to feel beautiful. There are a few health rules that you need to obey to be more comfortable with yourself:

  • Work out. It's not so hard. You don't have to get very tired, just work out a little bit everyday. It will make a difference in time and you will also feel better about yourself because you're not just waiting on life, you're actually doing something. If you worry about your weight you will also feel free to eat as much as you want if you work out because that compensates a lot.
  • Have long baths and use a lot of products. They don't have to be expensive. I found out that coffee dregs are good for the skin and I started using some whenever I take a bath. It's relaxing and it makes me feel better. You only have to cover yourself in coffee dregs and then wash them away. Other products that you could use are skin lotion and balsam for your hair. That really helps me feel better about myself.
  • Eat at least one fruit everyday. A healthy body looks good.
     Second you have to feel good about the way you think and the decisions you make. That includes the decisions you already made. If you regret something you just can't be happy about yourself that's why it is very important that you don't regret anything. Just remember that you always had a reason for everything you've ever done. Here are some other things you need to do:
  • Help others. If others see something good in you it will make you feel much better about yourself.
  • Pray to God or to anything you believe in. If you don't believe in God try Yoga or something. Believing in something really helps you gain your inner peace.
  • If you are often very depressed or easily annoyed you can try relaxing exercises. Just lay on your bed and think about things that make you happy. That will help you see everything different because when you are calm you can see the bad parts but also the good parts of anything. That helps you understand situations and take decisions.
  • Keep a diary. That helps you get rid of the negative energy inside of you. Whenever something bad happens and you can't or don't want to talk about it, you should write it down. That helps you throw away your stress, anger and missery. When something good happens you should also write it because when you look back at it, it will give you a warm feeling. If you read your diary and see only the bad things you might get depressed.
